Commercial Property Advice & Management
The Commercial Management Department has long-standing experience in the
management and asset enhancement of property, which includes parades of
shops, industrial estates, offices and mixed-use developments.
Our department offers the following services:
- Valuations: Open market, retrospective, development appraisals,
capital gains tax, rating, notional cost rent (doctor’s surgeries).
- Rent reviews and lease termination negotiations, including references
to Independent Experts, Arbitrators and Court.
- Dilapidations advice and negotiation.
- Rent collection and management, including service charge management.
The Partner in charge of the Department is Nicholas Maunder Taylor BSc (Hons)
MRICS.
